The Women’s Studies Program at the University of Alberta is pleased to present “Creative Engagements,” a selection of creative projects produced by students in WST 101 and 201.
Thirteen projects are currently on view in the Women’s Studies Gallery Space. The work is far-ranging, including photographic self-portraits, a feminist comic, a board game, a child’s mobile, and a fantastic pair of menstrual pants.
They invite you to drop by to see how their excellent students creatively explore and respond to gendered objects and experiences.
Please join them for a reception celebrating this work on Thursday March 18 from 4-6 pm in their office space in the garden level of Assiniboia Hall.
